Silverado Flat Bed Crawler
The Chevrolet Silverado has always
been a truck with fantastic looks. I am glad I got the opportunity to
acquire a Silverado SS body for this flat bed build.
The following are some of the specific components used in the
building process of my Silverado SS flat bed.
- Solid Aluminum frame rails
(not sure the maker) Custom tube rocker rails and truggy bed
Custom front tube bumper with 3Racing winch (and controller)
- RC4WD scale shocks
- TLT Axles (rear has aluminum
housing and aluminum truss)
- RC4WD Classic 5 lug wheels
(new)
- RC4WD Mudslingers (new and
not glued)
- Front mounted axial trans
with Integy 55T lathe motor
- Cold Case Transfer Case
- Axial drive shafts with
steel yokes (from transfer case to axles)
- Maxx shaft from trans to
transfer case
- Functioning tail lights,
head lights and roof rack lights
- Mudslinger spare tire with
lots of scale accessories in the bed
