Chrysurus Angel, Pomacanthuas chrysurus

Latin Name:

Pomacanthuas chrysurus

Common Name:

Chrysurus Angel

Also known as:

Ear Spot Angel, Chrusurus Angelfish

Fast Facts:

Collected only around Kenya, Africa, Pomacanthus chrysurus is one of only a handful of fishes imported from the area. Limited selection, logistics headaches and high freight costs make African fishes scarce on the US market. The Chrysurus Angel is the most sought after export. Although hardy, it typically doesn't adjust to captivity as quickly as other members of this hardy genus. Typically requiring expert handling after import, we give exotic fish such as the Chrysurus the extra care they need before you receive them. Also known as "Ear Spot Angel".
